August 7th at 3 pm PST - Interactive goal setting and big picture planning.
We will set visions for what you want to accomplish, put short term and long term plans in place, take a look at everyone's schedules, time management issues, etc. so we can transform what you're already doing to be more efficient and monetized while we make space for what you'll need to create. Then we'll take a look at the next steps for everyone so you know where to focus immediately.

August 14th at 3 pm PST - Getting started online.
We'll take a look at what you MUST HAVE for your online presence, website and marketing specifically for lead generation, marketing and sales.  We will review your website if you have one and show you what to update or fix to make it more effective or we'll outline your new site and what you need to get started fast and affordably.  We'll talk about how to write effective copy on your website, how to use copy to attract your ideal prospects plus make them take action on your pages including talking about freebies, opt in boxes, shopping carts and more.  I will give you many recommendations on how to get your site updates or up quickly and affordably either by outsourcing it or possibly doing some of it yourself if need be.

August 21st at 3 pm PST - Setting up your product funnel and what you're selling. *note the day change, this is a Monday call, not Tuesday.  Confidence around what you're selling is the key to selling MORE so we're going to get everyone very focused and clear on what you're selling, how you're selling it, who's going to buy it and why.  More than likely you'll be adding different business models to your existing ideas so you can leverage your time but also so we can maximize your income.  We'll talk about developing your signature system or program/product if it applies and which business models will be easier and faster to generate revenues than others.
August 28th at 3 pm PST - List building and lead generation systems set up.
In order to start making money fast you need to market.  But in this day and age you have to market so much more than you could even think just to grab the attention of just a few key prospects who will buy what you're selling.  Therefore, we're going to focus on showing you how to set up systems and processes for massive lead generation.  Your goal will be to reach out to a minimum of 1000 new prospects every month and I'll show you how in multiple different ways.  We're going to focus on my main top 10 marketing strategies and choose at least 3-5 that you'll begin implementing immediately.

September 18th at 3 pm PST - Developing your consistent, relationship oriented follow up system. 
This is the key to turning prospects into customers but most small businesses don't do this at all because they don't know what to send or what to say and when.  We're going to outline a simple plan for you so that it's easy and it can get done by either you or an assistant if you can delegate it.  Either way, we're going to make this easy and teach you what to say, when to say it, how to send it and more.

September 25th at 3 pm PST - Additional business needs, set up, structure and what's next.   This call will be completely open Q&A with me but I will be sharing a few key things you need to have in place however too in regards to your financial, legal, organizational business structure.  The rest of the time the call will be geared towards making sure you're implementing all the other things covered, they're either in the works, been delegated or we take care of any issues or things that are blocking you from getting them done here so you can go off and get them done and not stay stuck.  In addition for those ready to move on, I'll be sharing what's next for you now that you've got the basics in place.
